Public Lecture Held at European University Within the Framework of Erasmus+ Academic Staff Mobility
On May 5, 2026, within the framework of the Erasmus+ academic staff mobility program, European University hosted Associate Professor Nana Weber from the New University (Slovenia).
During the visit, the invited professor delivered an interactive lecture for the administrative and academic staff of European University on the topic – “Teaching Communication and Mediation Skills in Higher Education: Practical Approaches to Conflict Resolution”
The aim of the session was to introduce practical mediation techniques applicable in higher education settings for both academic and administrative staff.
Workshop participants engaged in topics such as active listening and mediation-based communication tools, as well as practical strategies for managing interpersonal and institutional conflicts.
