The trainings were led by Professors Sergio Sinza Sanjurjo and Daniel Rey Aldana from the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain).
The training program for lecturers, „Simulation-Based Clinical Teaching and Assessment,“ aimed to enhance the effective use of simulation-based methods in clinical education and to share contemporary teaching approaches.
Within the program, participants engaged in both theoretical and practical components, which supported a deeper understanding of the role of simulation-based learning in the development of students clinical skills.
Participants also had the opportunity to become familiar with international experience and practices that are successfully implemented in leading universities worldwide today.
Throughout the training, lecturers acquired knowledge and methodological tools that will contribute to improving teaching quality and aligning academic processes with modern educational standards.
