European University will Host the Closing Event of the COST Action Project ADVANCE-TB

On June 2 – 3, 2026, European University will host the closing event of the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST Action) project ADVANCE-TB.

The project “ADVANCE-TB COST Action” (CA21164), launched in September 2022, aims to address the complexity of tuberculosis (TB) management. ADVANCE-TB is a research network that fosters collaboration among clinicians, interdisciplinary academic researchers, industry, and non-governmental organizations to advance tuberculosis research.

The final event of the project will bring together international and local institutions, experts, researchers, and project partners from more than 20 countries.

The event will present the key scientific achievements of ADVANCE-TB, the activities of its working groups, and future directions for collaboration in the field of tuberculosis research.

The local coordinator of the event is Eka Kokhreidze, a member of COST Action ADVANCE-TB and an Associate Professor at European University.
