Medical Doctor students from the Georgian and English-language programs of European University are participating in clinical practice at Heidelberg University Hospital in Germany.
Students selected through a competition will complete an internship in the Department of General, Visceral, and Transplant Surgery at Heidelberg University Hospital. In addition to hands-on practice, they will also receive theoretical knowledge and international experience from professors at the host university.
To further strengthen the partnership between the universities, Tamar Chkhoidze, Deputy Head of the Simulation Center at European University, also visited the partner institution.
Notably, European University fully covers the program’s costs.
