Procurement and Material-Technical Maintenance Office

The functions of the procurement and material-technical management service are:

• procurement process planning;

• preparation of the draft contract related to procurement with the participation of the legal department and monitoring of the fulfillment of the terms of this contract;

• With the aim to improve the infrastructure, to identify the needs, purchase, store, distribute, inventory and manage the material and technical resources necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the university;

• coordination of construction, repair, recreation and other related works;

• Warehouse management.
