Why Master's educational program in Private Law at European University?
The Master's educational program in Private Law ensures the preparation of highly competitive, highly qualified professionals equipped with competencies in demand on the labor market and high academic standards.
The curriculum includes essential areas of private law, such as comparative corporate law, negotiation and mediation in private law disputes, civil procedure practice, and more. In addition, the elective courses are composed of practical skills-oriented courses in private law, including topics like labor, insurance, and banking disputes. The program also includes English-language components. The courses are taught by highly qualified professionals in the field.
A mandatory part of the program is legal practice, which is conducted in cooperation with partner organizations of high reputation. Additionally, a student who has at least one year of work experience in private law may be exempt from the legal practice component and can complete the necessary credits by selecting elective courses based on their interests.
It is noteworthy that the faculty regularly provides various extracurricular activities such as public lectures, workshops, and training sessions tailored to the needs of graduate students. The university has a wide range of scientific databases that assist graduate students in their thesis work. The faculty hosts a Law Institute that helps graduate students engage in current scientific research grant projects, local and international conferences, and other scientific events.

The Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Program is designed for students at all levels of the " European University" and offers a unique opportunity to gain international academic experience. Under this program, students can spend one or two semesters studying at our partner European higher education institutions and earn credits required for the program.
